Shipping

At Fulcrum Health we dispatch all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard delivery costs £4.50 for orders under £30. Orders above £30, as well as subscription purchases, qualify for free standard UK shipping. We aim to ship within three working days, although this timeframe is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

UK Delivery

Standard parcels usually reach UK addresses within two to three working days after dispatch. Occasionally an order may arrive in more than one parcel if items become available at different times. Please check each shipment on arrival and retain your invoice for reference.

International Delivery

Overseas delivery is available on request. To arrange international shipping or obtain a quotation, email orders@fulcrumhealth.com before placing your order.

Order Inspection

Inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, and any missing items within 7 days. Once notified, we will replace missing or damaged goods or issue an appropriate refund.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, contact us first by email at orders@fulcrumhealth.com or by telephone on 01480 869 456 to obtain approval. Returns are accepted within thirty days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in their original packaging and fit for resale; a handling fee of up to fifteen per cent may apply. Unauthorised or late returns may be refused.

The SOVA Junior Night Guard is a lightweight and safe solution for teeth grinding in children aged 6–11. With its ultra-thin 1.6mm profile and remouldable thermoplastic material, it offers a personalised fit that doesn’t interfere with breathing, drinking, or speaking. Designed to be worn during sleep or moments of stress (like studying or screen time), the Junior Night Guard provides comfort and protection without the bulk of traditional dental guards.

Using the same Diffusix™ technology as in the adult version, this guard disperses grinding forces evenly to protect growing teeth and prevent early dental damage. It contains no impressions and is free from BPA, Latex, PVC, and Phthalates, making it a safe and effective choice for kids.

The guard is supplied flat for easy custom moulding and can be worn with braces when professionally fitted by a dentist.

Warnings and Disclaimers

Consult a dentist before use if you have:

– Braces or other orthodontics (must be professionally fitted)
– Missing teeth
– Clicking of the jaw or diagnosed TMJ
– Sores in the mouth or bleeding gums

Do not use:

– With dentures
– If you have loose teeth, fillings, or caps
– If the night guard is poorly fitted
– As an athletic mouthguard (use the SISU range instead)
