Key Benefits
The Oniris Plus Mandibular Device is a professional-grade oral appliance that gently repositions the lower jaw to help keep the airway open, reducing night-time noise such as snoring and promoting calmer, more restorative sleep.
Supplied with both regular and large trays, it is fitted at home in minutes using a simple boil-and-bite procedure and can be re-moulded up to 3 times as your comfort needs evolve. The dual-material trays couple with a bi-block hinge that allows natural mouth movement, while a precision screw offers up to 11 mm of adjustable advancement for a truly personalised setting.
Independently evaluated in peer-reviewed research and built from BPA, latex and phthalate-free materials, Oniris Plus provides a durable, non-invasive option you can rely on night after night, whether as your main solution at home or a travel-friendly back-up on the road.

Adaptation Period
It may take several days or weeks to fully adjust to the device. Temporary effects such as dry mouth, increased saliva, or sensitivity may occur but typically fade shortly after removal.
To ease the transition, wear Oniris for 1–3 hours initially before sleeping with it overnight.
If you wake up with discomfort, remove the device and try again the next night—persistence is key.
Effectiveness
Effectiveness may vary. If the device is not sufficiently effective due to excessive mouth opening, elastic straps (available upon request) may help.
If no improvement is seen, consult a dentist, pneumologist, or ENT specialist. Discontinue use if you experience persistent discomfort.
Maintenance
Store the device below 45°C. Clean daily with toothpaste and a toothbrush, then rinse with cold water. Use disinfectant tablets regularly to avoid odours and biofilm build-up.
Discolouration over time is normal and does not affect performance. A dental check-up every six months is recommended.
Sleep Apnoea Notice
If you have or suspect sleep apnoea, please consult your physician for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
