Suggested Use

Prime the spray by pressing the pump 3–4 times before first use. Apply 1–3 sprays per nostril, and repeat 1–3 sprays in the mouth. Avoid deep inhalation during application. Use 2–3 times per day during periods of potential exposure or at the first signs of a cold. Continue use for up to 2 days after symptoms improve. When using the spray in the nasal cavity, you may notice a slight stinging sensation at first. This subsides after a few seconds. The application of the product may also cause a short-term runny nose, which is perfectly normal and a sign that the product is working.

Shipping

At Fulcrum Health we dispatch all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard delivery costs £4.50 for orders under £30. Orders above £30, as well as subscription purchases, qualify for free standard UK shipping. We aim to ship within three working days, although this timeframe is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

UK Delivery

Standard parcels usually reach UK addresses within two to three working days after dispatch. Occasionally an order may arrive in more than one parcel if items become available at different times. Please check each shipment on arrival and retain your invoice for reference.

International Delivery

Overseas delivery is available on request. To arrange international shipping or obtain a quotation, email orders@fulcrumhealth.com before placing your order.

Order Inspection

Inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, and any missing items within 7 days. Once notified, we will replace missing or damaged goods or issue an appropriate refund.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, contact us first by email at orders@fulcrumhealth.com or by telephone on 01480 869 456 to obtain approval. Returns are accepted within thirty days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in their original packaging and fit for resale; a handling fee of up to fifteen per cent may apply. Unauthorised or late returns may be refused.
